Return Policy
First: Returns Accepted
Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
1. Manufacturing Defects
Any defect in the product's manufacturing.
2. Shipping and Packaging Issues
Receiving a broken, damaged, or opened package during shipping.
In these cases, the store will bear the full shipping and return costs.
Second: Cases Not Accepted
According to Egyptian law, the customer is not entitled to a return in the following cases:
1. Customer's Expectations Differ from the Scent
The warranty and returns do not cover cases related to the customer's preference for the fragrance.
Preferring the scent or experiencing a different scent is not an acceptable reason for a return.
2. Used Products
Any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned—unless the damage was visible upon receipt.
Third: Return Request Process
The customer can submit a return request by:
Contacting customer service via email.
Sending clear photos showing the problem (in cases of damage or error).
Please provide us with your order number and the purchase details.
After reviewing your request:
Your return request will be accepted/rejected within 48 business hours.
If accepted, the return and refund process will be arranged using the same payment method.
Fourth: Refund
A full refund will be issued in eligible cases after we receive and inspect the product.
The refund may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway’s policies.
